How do I CARE FOR LEATHER?It’s quite simple: Black and burgundy latigo leather: 1. Keep the leather clean, by wiping off the dirt with a damp cloth. 2. Let it dry off for a bit then replace any oils. Do not over- oil your leather. It really only needs a light “rub down” once or twice a season with for example olive oil, mink oil or specific leather oil. Brown oil tanned leather: 1. Keep clean with a dry nylon brush. Although our leather is designed for the most inhospitable environs, UV damage does occur with leather. It’s best to remove your bags from the bike if storing for extended periods of time. It is skin and can be damaged.
